Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal. For business customers, returns are only accepted by prior written agreement.
The container must be returned in its original delivery condition. If the value has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned container. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Returns are not accepted for custom-built, modified or specially ordered containers.
